The pure adhesive film is made of high viscosity polymer adhesive, and the thickness is 12.5-50um. The film is three layers of composite material protected by a layer of protective film and off type paper respectively. As a supporting product of polyimide copper clad foil, it plays the role of surface insulation, heat insulation and protection.
